Great place to grab a beer and hang out—especially on the back porch. Friendly staff, lots of space, cold beer.

Waterworks was able to seat us quickly on a Friday night. Very friendly waitress (wish I remember her name) and all other waitresses walking by and waiting on other tables were bubbly as well. Great service, yummy food and drinks!! The outside deck was a nice place to sit!

Solid bar standards from both the bar and the kitchen. Unpretentious, friendly atmosphere. I really like the Cobb salad.

Felt like I found a hidden gem! Went for lunch and split the buffalo chicken dip and steak taco special. Plenty of food and super tasty! Service was awesome, nice and quick! Interior was warm, long tables sit multiple parties and fun decor. Seems like a good place to grab drinks in the evening too!

Great pub menu with hearty portions!! Draft beer selection is excellent and varied, and they've got both indoor and outdoor (warmer weather) seating. They've even got a fireplace!!

Place was completed overwhelmed on a Tuesday night for dinner, marinated steak tips were mushy and they didn’t even ask how we wanted them cooked, some staff was rude and robotic, and even the salads were sub par

I had a wonderful outdoor dining experience! Staff was friendly, attentive, and swift. I had the twin lobsters which were delicious and the beer on tap was cold. I couldn't have asked for a better time!

Our dining plans had changed abruptly on a Saturday night. This is how we happened upon Waterworks. They were able to accommodate our party of 11 (kids included) on such short notice. They got us in quickly with drinks ordered and even popcorn for the kids who at that point were starving and exhausted. The service was top notch. The beer selection was awesome and food was amazing! My husband and I had the steak specials which were both cooked perfectly. Others at the table had the haddock sandwich and I heard it was delicious. I can’t recommend this place enough!

It might have been an off day but service was slow and the food was not up to par. Have been there many times before and food was great.

Fantastic place to grab a bite. Our service was great . Healthy portions, really good wings. I had fish and chips, ate till i was stuffed. Couldn't fit desert but I'm going back just for that.. all in all LOVED the experience.Went back for the dessert... LOVED IT.

Waterworks is where the locals eat! Reasonable prices, local drinks, greasy bar food plus more... You can't go wrong. Hey, if your show up during a festival, expect a long wait (which you'll get anywhere you go if a festival is in town... Just think about it!) I have been going to this place for years and I haven't been let down once! If you want a low key place to grab some food and a drink and get the real mid coast Maine experience that isn't a total dive, stop by waterworks.

Waterworks is a pretty nice pub style restaurant in the Rockland area. The food here has always been great and worth eating. The service has been a hit or a miss. Sometimes you can get some fun servers while others you feel like you are in jail. The environment doesn't present itself that great unless you are interested in a bar style restaurant. The bathrooms are usually dirty when I go there which makes for a fun experience as well. They do offer some parking however it is not a lot which makes it kind of tricky to get into unless you are walking in from a different location. The parking lot is also tight which can sometimes make things feel uncomfortable. Overall, the food is great but the environment could be improved.

Great place with above average food. I loved the selection of beers, sadly I was driving so did not get a chance to taste any of them. Very friendly and well priced, will definitely be calling here again as we travel through Rockland.

Rough food usually hear good things about it here but the food was really off tonight

Soooooo good! Great vibes in a cozy restaurant with brick, wood and industrial elements. Hailee L. is literally the kindest waitress I've ever had. My husband had the El Paso Burger and raved about it the entire time. I did a Build Your Own Veggie Burger and it was amazing. Total win!

Nice selection at a reasonable price in Rockland. Beer selection was decent. Got a few apps for dinner the tuna was nice but could have cooked just a little less. The staff was great!

Always a good happy hour, beers don't rotate at all really, but what they do have is pretty decent. $3 during happy hour, can't complain too much. Food is always pretty good also
